Can I request a refund?

No. Due to the cost of production and other financial liabilities, we can not offer any refunds at this time.

 

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We currently offer discounts through PR. Our influencers each have a unique discount code via Instagram that our customers can enjoy. We also offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders of $60.

 

Do you test on animals?

No! We are a CRUELTY FREE company that prides itself on organic and cosmetic safe products.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm EST. See our SHIPPING POLICY.

 

How many of each product can I order?

We want every customers to have a chance to enjoy all of our products, because of this reason we have a limit of 2, of each product, per customer.

 

When will my favorite product be back in stock?

Sold out products usually take 1 to 2 weeks to restock.

 

How do I track my order?

Once an order is placed an email confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent to each customer within 48 hours of being shipped.
