All Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm EST, excluding all major holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your products to arrive once they have been shipped.

During inclement weather all orders may be delayed, and arrival times may vary. 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking information to be available. Tracking numbers will be given through email.

We are not responsible for any items damaged, lost or stolen during transit and delivery.

All shipping fees are Nonrefundable.

If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
